A new Patio for the Cabin

Now there will be no more tripping over rocks just to get out to the car
We opted to proceed with plans to pour the section of the driveway that is closest to the front door of the cabin. For now we will be calling it the patio. It will also serve as a place to park the Durango so that we can get in and out without tripping over rocks that seem to grow out of the ground around here.
Jen has dressed it up nicely with flowers and we have installed a number of solar path lights purchased from WalMart for $4 each. I hope that eventually we can put in lights that are better in quality, but for $4 each, these little things seem to work very well. |
